Shipping Policy

All orders are processed as quickly as possible, within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). We ship Firefly Recovery products from Southern California. You will receive a notification when your place your order and after your order has shipped. 

Note: When selecting rush shipping, please note that UPS does not include weekend days in its rush shipping delivery estimates.

For Calculated Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All U.S. orders over $50 will receive free ground shipping.

How do I Check the Status of my Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 5 business days (for U.S. orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@fireflyrecovery.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
